The final race of 2025 goes to Bezzecchi, Aprilia one-two with Fernandez: here’s the updated MotoGP World Championship picture.
The Valencia Grand Prix ends with a race victory for Marco Bezzecchi, making him the last winner of the 2025 season. Starting from pole position, the Aprilia rider held the lead to the finish. It wasn’t an easy race, as Raul Fernandez’s
RS-GP25 was lurking and never allowed him to relax. The Noale factory wrapped up the season with a fine one-two.
Valencia GP 2025: Acosta still winless, Bagnaia KO
Joining Bezzecchi and Fernandez on the podium was Fabio Di Giannantonio with the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Ducati, who got the better of Pedro Acosta. The KTM rider had hoped to fight for the win, but he never showed the pace to do it and in the end lost the podium as well. The wait for a first MotoGP victory continues.
Acosta remains ahead of Pecco Bagnaia in the overall standings, also considering that the Ducati rider retired on the first lap after being taken out by Johann Zarco. A nightmare ending for the three-time world champion, who can’t wait to do Tuesday’s test and then switch off.
